Both employees and employer have different aspects which they consider when it comes to recruitment or retention.<img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignright\" title=\"recruitment\" src=\"http:\/\/jantakhoj.com\/images\/recruitment.PNG\" alt=\"\" width=\"220\" height=\"170\" \/><\/p>\n<p>From an <em>employee&#8217;s perspective<\/em>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Growth is given more weightage than stability.<\/li>\n<li>Flashy designations, challenging roles and responsibility and lucrative perks attract them.<\/li>\n<li>Travel is comfortable and they don&#8217;t have much of location-constraint.<\/li>\n<li>Extensive networks and various referral programs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>From an <em>employer&#8217;s perspective<\/em>:<\/p>\n<table border=\"0\" cellspacing=\"0\" cellpadding=\"0\" width=\"603\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"603\" valign=\"top\">Recruitment<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"603\" valign=\"top\">\n<ul>\n<li>What means will you use to promote recruitment?<\/li>\n<li>Will you need different recruitment strategies   tailored for different levels?<\/li>\n<li>Do you have detailed manpower planning?<\/li>\n<li>Are your recruitments aligned with the   organizational goals?<\/li>\n<li>What tools will be used?<\/li>\n<li>What will be the budget of the recruitment?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"603\" valign=\"top\"><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"603\" valign=\"top\"><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"603\" valign=\"top\"><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"603\" valign=\"top\"><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"603\" valign=\"top\"><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"603\" valign=\"top\"><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"603\" valign=\"top\">Retention<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"603\" valign=\"top\">\n<ul>\n<li>How will you retain employees?<\/li>\n<li>How will you monitor the retention of the   employees?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>Like it is said, loss of one is gain for other, so challenge of retention is ease in recruitment while ease in retention is challenge in recruitment for the other.
