Here are the high level quarterly discrepancy statistics covering the months of January’19, Feburary’19 and March’19.
We observed that 3.4% of the overall number of cases had discrepancies (could be major or minor). Click To TweetNext, let us look at the breakup of the discrepancies to identify further which types of components (checks) were the source of these discrepancies. These discrepancies were in Employment verification (45.2% of the total discrepancy), Education verification (accounting for 38.7% of the total discrepancy) and Address verification (accounting for 16.1% of the total discrepancy).
From the above it’s clearly evident that the major concern areas are employment verification, education verification and address check. These are the three checks employers should focus on!
